About Us

R&D Tax Credit Company is a subsidiary of the Canadian SR&ED Engineering Inc. R&D Tax Credit is registered in USA, Florida.

SR&ED Engineering Inc. was founded in 1992 in Ontario Canada.

Both companies are assisting clientele in Canada and USA to claim qualified R&D Tax Credits.

SR&ED engineering Inc. was founded by Dean El-Sedfy, P.Eng., in Canada in 1994. Prior to starting his private practice, Dean has been assisting KPMG and other accounting firms to fully understand the actual practice of R&D Tax Credit and train their R&D captains (local office R&D focal person).

Dean El-Sedfy was the first to introduce the possibility of claiming R&D  Tax Credits to the financial institutions in North America. At the time, many professionals wondered what a Bank, or an insurance company had to do with R&D? 

In fact Dean was successful in obtaining R&D Tax Credits not only for the financial institutions, but also for the famous Readers’ Digest and a Canadian Buttons manufacturer. His early practice in the R&D, in co-operation with KPMG has included many Canadian Banks, Insurance Companies and Brokerage Houses.

Dean El-Sedfy draws on his actual R&D experience working as an Aerospace Engineer. He has been involved in the development of many Defense initiatives, Aerospace and Automotive projects.

We are associated with many other specialists in different fields. Dean insists on closely supervising their final work. He insists on having few high quality contracts as opposed to low quality high volume work.
